The basis of human psychological health is the satisfaction of basic needs, especially security. In one of the mornings, Ukraine suddenly found itself in a collective state of acute emotional stress, losing this basis - the war paralyzed the daily life of every citizen. Today, the whole country is going through the most difficult period since its independence! As this war is a large-scale, sudden, rapid and all-encompassing factor in the above-mentioned situation, there is an urgent need to create a fundamental unified system of psychological assistance throughout the country.
The purpose of the psychological care system is to overcome the consequences of traumatic events: stress, moral insecurity, frustration, deep existential crisis, grief and loss; providing opportunities for constructive change and obtaining resources from the crisis situation.The psychologist of the organization ... does NOT act as an arbiter, teacher, mentor, but a specialist who is able to listen, hear, analyze, draw conclusions and provide recommendations / suggestions on a particular issue.
For the maximum realization of the set tasks the expert of this branch uses a number of techniques, exercises, methods, directions and principles of practical value of psychological science.

Confidentiality
Mandatory observance of the principle of confidentiality of all information obtained during psychotherapeutic practice / supervision by psychotherapists and support staff in accordance with applicable law.
Consultancy
The main means of counseling is a conversation based on trust, respect and understanding. During the consultation, the practical psychologist provides psychological assistance, allowing the client to look at different angles at the difficulties he encountered and see ways to overcome them; promotes self-organization and self-preservation of the client.
The activities of the psychologist are aimed at working with: children, adolescents and adults, the military, internally displaced persons, people with special needs.
